Trimplants Terms and Conditions

Our plants are sent via road transport couriers in cardboard  wooden boxes or pallets.  Danish trollies are used for deliveries in our van and also by a third party delivery service we regularly use.  We are very aware of excessive packaging material often used, so we endeavour to re-use materials whenever possible.  

Our cardboard boxes hold approximately 40 plants, packing and packaging may be charged at £1.50 per box depending on the size of the order (These rates only apply for 9cm or pot-free plants.).

• Our minimum delivery charge is £20.00 and the exact cost will be stated on your order confirmation.
• As a guide, we offer some discounts on delivery charges for larger orders.  For any order of over 1500+ plants, please discuss directly with us.  
• Delivery costs for containers will be estimated at the time of order confirmation.
• Deliveries outside of mainland England will be at cost price if greater than the basic £20 amount quoted.
• We will deliver ordered plants/biochar to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate.  Please mention exactly where you would like the goods to be left if you are not available. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the plants once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

If a delivery has to be made more than once for the same confirmed order (weather conditions or other may affect plant growth) and is more than 6 weeks apart, two delivery charges will be made.

Payment Terms

As we are a wholesale nursery, we expect most orders to be of a reasonable size. 

• There is a minimum order value of plants of £100.00 excluding VAT for orders sent and £60 for orders collected from Trimplants.
• All orders require payment on receipt of goods unless a 30 day credit facility has been pre-arranged.  Payment beyond this time will forfeit any discount due.  
• Where credit has been breached without former agreement, credit facilities maybe withdrawn for future orders and the outstanding amount will be liable for an interest charge of 3% per month.
• New customers are required to pay by pro forma invoice unless satisfactory trade and bank references have been checked beforehand.  
• Our preferred payment method is via bank transfer, but cheques and cash are also excepted.
• If the price of the plants increases between the date we accept your order and the delivery date, we will let you know and ask you to confirm by e-mail that the new price is acceptable. If it is not acceptable, you can of course cancel your order. 
• All goods dispatched from Trimplants remain our property until fully paid for. If the account is not settled within a satisfactory period the buyer will be required to return the goods to us at their expense. In case of any disagreement, then a third party will be appointed to carry out this task and their expenses charged to the buyers account.
• Cancellation of an order after confirmation, may result in an inconvenience fee of 30% of the order value.
• We reserve the right to alter prices and conditions.  Notification will be given of any changes we make.

General

All consignments must be carefully checked upon receipt.  Any complaints must be notified within 5 days of receipt. Where Trimplants are found liable, we will replace goods where possible or refund the amount in question, but this will not exceed the value of goods.

Placing an order either written or verbal implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

We will take all reasonable care to keep all information connected with your order secure.

All phone calls or correspondence via email will be via details you supply.  Please make sure you give us accurate information and update us if there are any changes.

All of the photos and videos used across this website and in our promotional material are proprietary.  None of these should be used without our agreement and written permission.  We agree however to you downloading or printing single copies for your own non-commercial viewing.
